1. Eligibility for Returns
Our products include loose glitter, mica pigment powder, sequins and small resin charms.
- Unopened, unused goods can apply for return within 30 calendar days after receipt of packages.
- **All opened powder items (glitter/mica powder) cannot be returned or refunded**, once the original packaging is unsealed due to hygiene and powder leakage risks.
- Custom mixed color sets are non-refundable.

2. Return Application Steps
Customers must submit return request via our service email within 30 days after receiving goods.
Please attach order number and real photos of unused intact products for our review.
We will reply the return approval result within 3 working days.

3. Shipping Cost for Return
- If returns are caused by our quality problems (wrong item, missing parts, damaged package): we cover the return shipping fee.
- If customers change mind/unwanted goods: buyers need to afford all return freight cost, original delivery charge will not be refunded.

4. Refund Rule
After we receive and inspect returned intact products, full/partial refund will be issued to original payment account (PayPal/credit card) within 3–7 working business days.
Original shipping expense for order is non-refund except our mistake.

5. Damaged & Missing Items on Arrival
Please send photos of broken package or missing accessories within 7 days after parcel delivery. We offer free resend or partial refund according to actual situation.

6. Non-Refundable Situation
- Opened glitter, mica powder, unsealed small craft accessories
- Items purchased in clearance promotion
- Returns applied over 30 days after receiving goods
