1. Processing Time
All orders will be processed and packed within 1–3 business working days after payment confirmation.
We ship from our warehouse located in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be arranged on the next working day.

2. Shipping Destination & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide, main target countries delivery duration as below:
United States / Canada: 12–20 business days
United Kingdom & European Union Countries: 15–25 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 18–28 business days
Delivery time is estimated, delayed occasionally due to customs clearance, peak season or local postal issue.
3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Rule
Standard shipping fee: According to the weight of order.
Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight of glitter powder, craft charms and accessories.
4. Tracking Information
Once parcel dispatched, we will send tracking number to customer’s registered email within 24 hours.
Buyers can track shipment status via AfterShip tracking page on our website with tracking code.
5. Customs & Import Tax
Import duties, customs tax or local VAT charged by destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or cover any customs clearance fees.
6. Undeliverable / Wrong Address
If package is returned to us due to invalid shipping address provided by customer, buyers need to bear reshipping cost for second delivery.
